Venue Policies & Rules.

Venue Access

  1. The venue is accessible for a full day, defined as a 12-hour period. Operating hours are as follows: Sunday to Thursday until 9:00 PM, and Friday and Saturday until 10:00 PM.

  2. Everyone must be off premises by 9pm or 10pm depending on your window.

  3. All vendors and coordinators must arrive within the designated 12-hour access timeframe.

  4. Any decorations or external items intended for wedding use must receive approval for early drop-off or overnight storage before the wedding day.

  5. All vendors are required to remove their belongings on the same day as the event. The Pinery LLC reserves the right to remove any items left overnight outside the premises.

 Bridal Suite

  1. The bridal suite must be always maintained in a clean condition during use.

  2. All belongings of the bridal party must be removed from the suite at least two hours prior to the commencement of the ceremony.

  3. The bridal suite must remain locked during celebration hours.

  4. The bride and groom shall have access to the bridal suite, facilitated by the coordinator who possesses the key.

  5. All items belonging to the bride must be removed from the bridal suite within 30 minutes after the conclusion of the celebration hours.

 Ceremony

  1. All decorations are permitted except for the following:

    • Open flames or any items that may pose a fire hazard, including sparklers.

    • Confetti or any materials resembling confetti.

    • Rose petals are allowed but must be collected by the end of the event. (It is recommended that this be done during the cocktail hour, as there is no electricity or lighting in the ceremony area at night.)

    • Failure to collect rose petals or any decorations by the end of the event will result in the forfeiture of the $300 damage fee retained as compensation.

 Bar Area

  1. The Pinery LLC provides bartenders as part of the wedding packages.

  2. Bartending services are contracted for a duration of 4-hours. The bride and groom may select the specific 4-hour window for alcohol service.

  3. When serving Alcohol cut of time will be 30 min prior to the Event concluding.

  4. If the bride and groom supply alcohol on the wedding day, all alcohol must be unopened and sealed.

  5. Should any individual, including the bride and groom, be found in possession of open alcoholic beverages without a bartender present, The Pinery LLC reserves the right to remove the alcohol from the premises immediately.

  6. Guests found consuming their own alcohol in the parking lot will be asked to leave the premises.

 Breakroom

  1. This area is designated for Vendors and Staff only. No guests are permitted inside the premises.

  2. Groomsmen are not allowed to use this space for changing.

  3. This is not a storage area for Decoration or Caterer equipment.

  4. Photographers and Videographers may leave their equipment at their own risk. The Pinery LLC will not be responsible for any missing or damaged items.

  5. Vendors and Staff are allowed to eat here as a safe retreat. Please dispose of trash in the outdoor garbage bins.

 DJ (Disc Jockey)

  1. DJs or production companies must provide one small speaker for the ceremony and reception areas.

  2. All DJs are required to utilize the venue's speaker system in the garden for both the cocktail hour and the main event. The use of any outside speakers on the premises is strictly prohibited except for the Ceremony.

 Catering

  1. The Pinery LLC will provide caterers with two 8-foot tables for buffet service or as working stations.

  2. Caterers are responsible for supplying their own linens for the event.

  3. Caterers must have staff present on-site whenever food is being served.

  4. The venue will provide trash bins and trash bags for disposal.

  5. Caterers are responsible for cleaning up in the following areas: buffet tables, preparation tables, reception tables, and any appetizer tables.

  6. All trash must be collected and organized for disposal by the venue's team.

 Venue Conduct

  1. Smoking is strictly prohibited in the Forest and Garden areas. A designated firepit area is available for smoking.

  2. Any illegal activities, including drug use or distribution, will result in immediate removal from the premises.

  3. Guests who appear to be excessively intoxicated will be asked to leave the premises.

  4. Any unauthorized gatherings or parties in the parking lot will be asked to disperse and or leave the premises.

 Decorators/ Coordinators

  1. The venue provides linens; however, The Pinery LLC does not set up the tables. Linens will be neatly stacked on the tables for proper installation by the decorator or coordinator.

  2. The Pinery LLC does not supply any tools or materials for the wedding day. Please bring your own ladders, zip ties, scissors, tape, extension cords, etc.

  3. There is no water or drink station on the premises, so we recommend bringing a thermal jug while working.

  4. The Pinery LLC conducts a final walkthrough with the bride 30 days prior to the event to discuss table placement and seating arrangements. The bride will sign an agreement confirming that The Pinery LLC will set up exactly as discussed. If the bride requests any last-minute changes on the wedding day, the coordinator will be responsible for moving chairs and tables at their discretion.
