We offer elegant in-house décor thoughtfully arranged throughout the venue to enhance your special day. You're welcome to personalize the space by adding or removing elements to match your vision, or even bring your own décor. We kindly ask that any adjustments respect the existing decorations and venue property to ensure a seamless and beautiful celebration for everyone.

Yes. We require a deposit of 1/3 of The Pinery's package to secure and reserve your special date.

We as a venue/couple have strong Christian/traditional beliefs. With as much respect to the community, we only host marriages between male/female. We appreciate your understanding.

Yes. The Pinery offers a carefully curated list of preferred vendors, including catering, photography/videography, makeup and hair, floral, desserts, and hotels. While not required, we highly recommend them, as we have successfully collaborated with these professionals and trust their exceptional quality and service. Our longstanding relationships with these vendors help create a seamless experience, making your special day stress-free and memorable.

Yes, you are welcome to use The Pinery for your engagement photos. Our property features numerous picturesque locations, providing the perfect backdrop for your session. Please contact us to schedule a time and coordinate with your photographer to ensure a seamless experience.

Reserving a date is based on a first-come, first-served system. A 5-day temporary hold is provided for contract review. After this period, the hold will be released unless the date is secured. The Pinery requires a signed contract and deposit to confirm your reservation. Please note that verbal date discussions do not guarantee booking.

Upon request, you may access the bridal suite starting at 10:00 AM on your special day, free of charge.

Please note wedding tours may occur on weekends from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM.
